(Web Desk) - The teaser for ‘In Flames’, the internationally acclaimed psychological thriller masterpiece from director Zarrar Kahn, will be released on Friday.

From October 20 to October 31, an exclusive 10-day showing of this eagerly awaited movie will be held at the Atrium Mall in Karachi.

‘In Flames’, a film written and directed by the accomplished Pakistani director Khan seeks to examine the effects of residing in a rigidly patriarchal society.

It aims to shed light on the complicated nature of adolescent love in Pakistan as well as the psychological effects of tyranny.

The goal of is to completely engross the audience in Karachi's arid beauty while exposing to the terrible decisions that must be made in order to live another day.

The emotionally charged narrative resonates deeply with audiences, capturing their hearts with its raw authenticity.

It has garnered global appreciation and recognition at prestigious international film festivals such as the 76th Cannes Film Festival, the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival and the Busan International Film Festival.

Based on Kahn’s earlier short films, Dia (2018, 24 minutes) and Pak (eight minutes), In Flames was intended to be about a young woman and her boyfriend. But the concept evolved into a thrilling narrative.
